Frequently asked

I have run out of coins.

When the balance reaches zero, one coin is granted automatically the next day. If you would rather not wait, you can watch an ad to top up immediately. Ads play only when you choose them and never interrupt normal use.

My recorded voice does not play.

The custom character (last digit 0) plays your recording only after you have made one. Record each story slot separately under Settings → My Character. Slots without a recording are skipped.

Where are call recordings stored?

In storage on your device that only this app can access. They are not uploaded. You can replay or delete them in Call History, and they are passed to another app only when you tap share yourself. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Will my recordings transfer to a new phone?

No. All data is kept on the device and nothing is stored on a server. Before changing phones, use the share function to save any recordings you want to keep.

There is no sound.

If the media volume on your device is low, the character voice will not be audible. The app warns you before placing a call if the volume is very low. Check silent mode and the volume buttons.

How do I get more characters?

New characters are downloaded automatically when you open the app. There is no need to reinstall.
